OPDC is working with the Mayor of London, government, national partners, local councils, local businesses and communities to drive forward the delivery of 25,500 new homes and 65,000 new jobs in one of London’s largest Opportunity Areas.

This west London site will host the HS2 and Elizabeth line (Crossrail) ‘superhub’ station in 2026 and become a new gateway to the world economy. Its close proximity to the City of London and Heathrow Airport provides a unique long-term opportunity for developers and investors alike.
The new commercial hub, with cultural uses, and a diverse network of vibrant neighbourhoods, will create a London destination that will boost the UK economy and create a place for Londoners and the UK to live, work and enjoy.
